We're LWRH, Less Work Reaching Humans. A small Canadian practice, started by Jay, working with a handful of owner-operated businesses at a time.
## Why this exists
We've spent years around owner-operated businesses that run on one person's memory and one person's evenings. Invoices go out Sunday night because that's when there's time. The quoting rules live in somebody's head. The customer list is current in that head and eight months stale in the file.
That's a maintenance problem wearing a technology problem's clothes.
Every attempt to fix it goes the same way. Someone writes the process down. The document is accurate for five weeks. Then a price changes, or a supplier changes, or a staff member leaves, and the document goes quietly wrong. Nobody updates it, because updating it is its own chore. So people stop trusting it and go back to asking the one person who knows.
So we built something that gets maintained.
Your business gets an assistant that knows your prices, your customers, your rules, and your exceptions. It does the recurring work when you ask, on a schedule, or when something sets it off. Every week we update it, in small pieces, so it never drifts out of date.
