// Less Work Reaching Humans

How It Works

## From your desk to done

  1. Step 1

    We find the chore

We spend one day with you, watching the work as it actually happens. Meetings produce a tidy version of the process. We want the real one, including the fourth spreadsheet tab nobody mentions.

We record the day, write down the rules, and time each task. You'll finish that day knowing exactly how many hours a week one chore costs you. Most owners are surprised by the number.

  2. Step 2

    We build it

Inside the same week we build an assistant that handles that chore. It already knows your prices, your customers, your rates, and your exceptions, because we took them down on day one.

You run it against your real data. You tell us what's wrong. We fix it.

  3. Step 3

    It goes live

You give it a command from your phone. “Invoice John Smith.” Or it runs on a schedule, or it fires when something sets it off, like a job being marked complete.

It asks you a question only when it genuinely can't work something out. One short question, and it waits. Every week you get a summary: what it did, what it caught, how many hours it saved.

  4. Step 4

    We keep it current

Every week we update it. New rate, updated. New customer exception, updated. Something it couldn't resolve last week, answered.

This is the part that every other approach skips, and it's the reason they fail. A process nobody maintains goes stale, and a stale assistant keeps working with total confidence. It'll send an invoice at last year's rate and not blink. We maintain it. That's the service.

## Trust builds in stages

Nothing touches a customer on day one.

Your assistant starts by producing work and sending nothing. You compare what it did against what you would have done. When you're satisfied, it moves to preparing finished documents that you review and send yourself. It only acts on its own once you've decided it's earned that.

Anything involving money or a customer's inbox has hard limits set at build time. Maximum invoice value. Approved recipients. Rate floors. Cross a limit and it stops and asks.

Every task it handles can still be done by hand. If the assistant is down, you're inconvenienced, never stuck.
