## Where your data lives
Your business data (customer records, pricing, job history, documents) is processed and stored on dedicated hardware located in Canada.
That means Canadian infrastructure. Not the Canadian region of a global cloud platform. Not a data centre on Canadian soil that answers to an American company.
No data crosses the border. Not for processing, not for backups, not for monitoring.
## What “private” means here
Each client runs on a dedicated server. Your records and your assistant sit alone on that machine. Nobody else's business is on it.
## What's running under the hood
Your assistant uses an AI language model to handle the judgment calls inside each task. Which customer is this. Which rate applies. Whether this line item looks off.
The model runs on that same Canadian hardware. There's no call out to OpenAI, Google, or anyone else. Your customer list never reaches a third party's servers.
The model doesn't choose what steps to take. The steps are fixed, written down, and auditable. The model fills in the judgment inside a step we defined. If you ask for something outside the tasks we built, your assistant declines and tells you to handle it yourself. That refusal is deliberate.
We use Hermes, an open-weight model built on Meta's Llama. Open weights are what make the Canadian hosting possible. A model you rent through an American API cannot make the promise at the top of this page.
## The one exception we disclose
You talk to your assistant through Telegram. Telegram's servers are not in Canada, so your commands and notifications pass through their infrastructure.
Your business data does not move through Telegram. Commands do. We state this distinction in the contract and we won't imply otherwise in a sales conversation.
## What we hold
Only what your assistant needs: customer records, pricing, job history, your rules, and documents you hand us. We don't take health records, legal files, or regulated financial data. If we can't hold something safely and legally, we say so before we start.

We operate under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law, including Quebec's Law 25 where it applies. Before taking on a client we confirm what data we'll hold and under which rules.
